Environmental, Social &
Governance Statement
ARC Capital Markets is committed to the principals of ESG, which forms a critical part of our professional ethos. Moreover, we seek to engage with like-minded individuals, enterprises, and counterparties in our daily business.
Environmental & Sustainability
ARC supports and promotes a growing number of companies that provide innovative and critical services related to energy efficiency, consumption, sustainability, and related infrastructure. After a full review and vetting of these companies, which includes an educational seminar to our team, ARC forms a business development relationship whereby we give high level access to our landlord and client relationships. In some cases, ARC can earn a fee for this work and in other cases referrals and endorsements are done voluntarily.
In this effort, ARC is currently cooperating with four companies:
Westbridge Argentus — a leading European ESG consultancy providing related sustainability consultancy and ESG due diligence services
Luneos — a renewable power solutions provider that integrates onsite PV solar, offsite PV solar and green energy
ChargeEuropa — a manufacturer of EV charging stations that incorporate large screens allowing for an innovative advertising-based business model
Future2 — a leader in consultancy on energy efficiency through the optimization of BMS systems, with a focus on HVAC.

Social
ARC Capital Markets has been established with an acute awareness of its corporate social responsibilities. ARC’s impact on its local communities throughout Europe and the United Kingdom will grow over time but at the outset we are committed to:
Providing our employees with a positive workplace conditions and competitive benefits
Building and nurturing an inclusive workplace culture
Maintaining an ESG awareness as regards our supply chain and business partners
ARC is also committed to becoming more involved locally wherever possible with important NGOs such as the Urban Land Institute, a globally recognized thought leader in sustainable development practices. In addition, we are a proud signatory of the PRI, demonstrating our commitment to contributing to a more sustainable financial system. As lifelong learners, many ARC team members have become certified BREEAM Associates.
BREEAM — the world leader in built environment sustainability assessment.
Governance
From a governance perspective, we maintain a paid board of directors and senior advisors with largely non-executive, independent members that strengthens our business with the oversight, direction, and accountability that modern companies require. Our board meets formally twice per year and members regularly participate in our company wide meetings. While our board is currently advisory in nature, our intention is to evolve the format to a fiduciary board over time. ARC Capital Market’s current board members are:
- Andy Martin, Non-Executive Chairman
- Markus Leininger, Non-Executive Director
- Lane Auten, Non-Executive Director
- Przemyslaw Schmidt, Non-Executive Director
- Robert Sztemberg, Managing Partner
